After running a mile and starting my second one at 6.5 mph, I was really sweaty! I mean mostly dripping down my face and neck. Now that you have a nice visual, you can relate to a time when you were in the same condition. I was running hard, pumping my arms, and panting heavily. I had no extra strength or energy to wipe my face dry. Not to mention it would throw me off balance from the treadmill. All the while, not a drop of sweat every got into my eyes or my lips. I started to think about how incredible the human body is and how perfectly God created it. It made me grateful for little things and the specific reason why our eyebrows and eyes are a certain shape or why there is peach fuzz on my upper lip. Minor things serve a huge purpose. For this I am so grateful!
I think subconsciously my mind always wanders to the body and science. I miss studying it everyday!
